What I do

I partner with K–12 international schools to strengthen mental health systems and curate a inclusive school climate. From MTSS development, Tier I and II practices, belonging and inclusion efforts, I help schools build sustainable structures that support all learners.

1:1 Professional Coaching

Coaching with Tara gives school counselors and school psychologists a clear roadmap in new or evolving roles—sharpening priorities, boundaries, and decision-making so the day-to-day feels focused and clear.

Coaching provides case consultation for complex needs, translates evidence-based tools into ready-to-use strategies and routines within the multicultural school community.

You’ll get guidance to build or refine MTSS, and strengthen teacher and parent partnerships. Ultimately, coaching boosts confidence and impact while reducing decision fatigue—so you do more of what works, with less stress.
