Anxious Kids Parent Workshop Series

Discuss how anxiety works in the body. Learn how to normalize the experience of anxiety for our kids so they are less fearful. Discover which specific actions help kids to move forward.

Learn mindfulness tools, physical supports, playfulness, and action to create real change.

Practice using new language and mindset as a group to help kids and teens move through these tricky sensations with less resistance and avoidance.

We will break down worries, fears, and challenges into manageable steps, and apply our learning across a range of real-life situations.

Session dates include April 15, April 22, April 29, May 6 and May 13.
