Parent Training is one of the most important, effective supports for parents of kids and teens with ADHD.

During these 5 weeks we will:

Determine ways to set your child up for success at home including improving bed time, transitions and homework management.

Discuss ways to improve motivation and behavior.

Learn how to help your child build critical executive functioning skills (and bridge gaps that exist).

Discover how executive skills directly impact math and writing.

Clarify which accommodations and supports make a difference at school.

Leave empowered to support your child or teenager!
