ADHD Masterclass (self-paced)
The self-paced version of this 5-part ADHD workshop series offers the same core knowledge and tools—designed for busy parents who need flexibility.
The content is divided into easy-to-digest episodes that you can watch on your own schedule. You’ll learn how ADHD brain wiring shapes transitions, homework, self-esteem, relationships, and learning; how to use your child’s unique brain chemistry to improve engagement and behavior; and how to build executive skills and independence at home. We also walk through how executive differences affect math and writing, and which school accommodations truly make a difference.
Unlike the live series, this version does not include active coaching on individual situations (unless you sign up for this)—but it still gives you the golden piece: a deep understanding of where your child’s behavior and difficulty comes from, and a library of practical strategies you can start using right away.
Led by an educational psychologist and neurodiversity specialist, this self-paced series gives you high-value, actionable insight you can return to whenever you need a refresh.
For families that seek 1-1 consultation after participating in the ADHD Masterclass, there is now the option to add on a discounted 1-1 session.
ADHD Parent Workshop Series with Active Coaching (live, online)
In this 5-part ADHD workshop series parents gain the clarity and tools they’ve been missing to truly understand where their child’s behavior and struggles are coming from—and what to do about it. Together, we unpack how ADHD brain wiring affects transitions, homework, self-esteem, relationships, and learning, and you’ll learn practical ways to boost engagement and improve behavior using your child’s unique brain chemistry, not against it.
We break down executive skills and independence-building, explore how differences in planning, working memory, and organization impact things like math and writing, and identify which school supports and accommodations actually make a difference.
Led by an educational psychologist and neurodiversity specialist, this series is designed to give you meaningful, actionable support that changes everyday life.
Anxiety Workshop Series with Active Coaching
In this 5-part live workshop series, parents of anxious kids learn exactly how anxiety works in the brain, what to say (and what to stop saying), and how to turn everyday moments at home into powerful opportunities for growth
You’ll leave this series with practical tools you can use every day: language that normalizes anxiety instead of feeding it, clear steps for breaking big worries into manageable actions, and concrete strategies for helping your child build independence instead of relying on constant reassurance. Across the sessions, you’ll practice applying tools to real-life situations, problem-solve your family’s specific sticking points, and walk away feeling confident, equipped, and truly empowered to support your child at home—where the most meaningful change really happens.
