Learn mindfulness tools, physical supports, playfulness, and action to create real change.

Practice using new language and mindset as a group to help kids and teens move through these tricky sensations with less resistance and avoidance.

We will break down worries, fears, and challenges into manageable steps, and apply our learning across a range of real-life situations.
