Test Anxiety in International School Students

Test anxiety can feel especially overwhelming for international school students. Alongside academic pressure, our kids are adjusting to new schools, cultures, friendships, and identities—sometimes shortly after an international move.

In this free 50-minute webinar, educational psychologist Tara Eddy and clinical psychologist Giulia Schembri will help parents understand why test anxiety may show up as avoidance, procrastination, irritability, perfectionism, or shutting down. We’ll also talk about the complexities for Third Culture Kids and support specifically for them.

You’ll learn practical ways to:

  • Reduce anxiety and conflict around tests

  • Respond without adding pressure or reinforcing avoidance

  • Support your child and yourself during periods of significant change

Leave with clear, compassionate strategies to help your tween or teen approach test season with greater confidence.

Presented by two psychologists with 35+ years of combined experience supporting young people and families globally.
